No. You can join, listen, and learn from the conversation. Many teachers benefit from hearing how other educators think through situations, even when they do not bring a question themselves.
Some calls may be recorded and added to the member library when appropriate. Sensitive or personal details may be edited out or kept off-record to protect teacher and student privacy.
No. Weekly Support Calls are included group support for members. Mentorship is more personal support through private or small-group sessions and is available to members as an optional paid add-on.
No. New teachers can use the calls to get support with classroom systems and confidence, while experienced teachers can use them to talk through specific situations, school dynamics, workload, and professional decisions.
You can still use the Year-Long Companion, Growth Sessions, Classroom Tools, Career Support, and other membership resources. When recordings are available, you can watch them on your own schedule.
